  • We recommend providing a daytime address where someone will be available to receive and sign for the parcel, between the hours of 9am-5pm.
  • HARRY & CO cannot post to PO Box addresses so please provide a physical address. 
  • All HARRY & CO parcels are sent via track and trace couriers.

All International orders over $500 NZD will be delivered for FREE. * TNT couriers can be used as a faster international shipping method; if required this will incur an extra cost. Please contact us at info@harryandco.co.nz and we will advise you of the additional shipping costs. You will be required to sign for delivery. Shipping timeframes are indicative only; HARRY & CO accepts no liability for courier delays. Items will only be posted on working days. If you place an order during the weekend or a New Zealand public holiday your order will not be processed until the next working day.  Cancellations will not be accepted on goods that have been delayed in shipping.

Ownership and risk of damage of the goods passes to you upon delivery at your specified delivery address.

 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DUTIES + TAXES

Orders to countries outside of New Zealand may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

 
RETURNS

How to return or exchange your purchase

  • Email us at info@harryandco.co.nz explaining what you are returning and why? We will then be in touch regarding how to proceed with the exchange or return.
  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the goods. Anything after the 14 days will NOT be accepted.
  • Items must be returned in a new and unused condition and have all tags and original packaging attached.
  • Parcels must be sent back via a track and trace method, lost packages are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty. 
  • Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
