Email us at info@harryandco.co.nz explaining what you are returning and why? We will then be in touch regarding how to proceed with the exchange or return.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving the goods. Anything after the 14 days will NOT be accepted.
Items must be returned in a new and unused condition and have all tags and original packaging attached.
Parcels must be sent back via a track and trace method, lost packages are the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless the original item was incorrect or faulty.
Sale items may not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
